Service adaptations - Commercial questions
Between 19/12/2019 and 6/01/2020, BNIX's services will be limited and no new services or upgrades will be implemented. Our offices will be closed between 25/12/2019 and 01/01/2020. Your requests will be processed from January 2, 2020.
Technical support for BNIX services (except incidents)
During the period mentioned above, the technical support of BNIX services will be limited to urgent problems (see technical incidents). During this period, you can continue to send us your urgent requests of a technical nature. These will be processed as from Thursday, January 2, 2020.
